Lucy Resar

Paralegal and Research Associate

Lucy is the Paralegal and Research Associate at the Constitutional Accountability Center. She graduated with the highest distinction from the University of Virginia with a degree in Political Thought and Gender Studies. During her senior year, Lucy completed an honors thesis examining how correctional facilities across California obstruct reproductive justice for incarcerated individuals.  Prior to joining CAC, Lucy served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Philadelphia where she supported programs to reform bail policy and educate individuals on how to navigate the court system. Lucy also has professional experience in immigration litigation, progressive political campaigns, and grassroots advocacy in sexual violence prevention.
