On April 30th, Constitutional Accountability Center held its second annual “Home Stretch at the Supreme Court” panel discussion at the National Press Club.

The event featured an all-star lineup, including Amy Howe of SCOTUSblog  as moderator, and as panelists, noted Supreme Court advocates Paul Smith and Yaakov Roth, in additiona to CAC’s own Elizabeth Wydra.

The panel took place the day after the Supreme Court completed oral arguments for the Term, and explored key themes emerging from the Term as well as reviewed decisions that have come down and previewed important decisions still to come, helping kick off the busiest and most consequential part of the Supreme Court’s Term in a thoughtful and engaging way.
