A Review of the Supreme Court’s Health Care Oral Arguments
Elizabeth Wydra, Chief Counsel of the Constitutional Accountability Center in Washington, DC., discussed the three-day oral argument in the U.S. Supreme Court cases challenging the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2011. This is one of the most significant Supreme Court cases over the past fifty years and will have a direct impact on all Americans.
