Harith Khawaja is a summer 2024 legal intern at the Constitutional Accountability Center. He is a rising 3L at Stanford Law School where he is a Knight-Hennessy Scholar and an Articles Editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Liberties. At Stanford Law, Harith is a member of the First-Generation and Low-Income Law Students’ Association and a research assistant to Prof. Nate Persily.

Prior to law school, Harith was a software engineer at Lyft. He received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College.
