Nina is Counsel at the Constitutional Accountability Center. Before joining CAC, Nina was an Excelsior Fellow at the New York State Department of Health. Nina graduated from New York University School of Law in 2022, where she participated in the Reproductive Justice Clinic and Regulatory Policy Clinic. Her legal research focused on abortion access, sex discrimination, and state constitutional law. Her student note received the 2022 Albiston Prize from the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law, and Justice. Nina received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Smith College. In her free time, she is a volunteer with Online Abortion Resource Squad and Jane’s Due Process.
