On June 4, 2013, President Obama nominated Judge Robert L. Wilkins to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which CAC supported. On January 13, 2014, the Senate confirmed Wilkins’ nomination by a vote of 55-38 (with one senator voting “present”).
