Bush, to discuss Trump Administration ethics and conflicts of interest issues and the law suit filed by CREW to “stop President Trump from violating the Constitution by illegally receiving payments from foreign governments.”
  • Brianne Gorod is Constitutional Accountability Center’s Chief Counsel. Shejoined CAC from private practice at O’Melveny & Myers (OMM), where she was Counsel in the firm’s Supreme Court and appellate practice. From 2009-11, Ms. Gorod was an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice. She also served as a law clerk for Justice Stephen Breyer on the U.S. Supreme Court. She has written and spoken frequently about government ethics
