On December 3, 2013, Simon Lazarus testified at the House Judiciary Committee's hearing, "The President’s Constitutional Duty to Take Care That The Laws Be Faithfully Executed.”

On September 9, 2013, CAC submitted written testimony for the Senate Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Bankruptcy and the Courts' hearing on the Federal Judgeship Act of 2013.

On July 31, 2013, Simon Lazarus testified at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's Subcommittee hearing, "Oversight of IRS's Legal Basis for Expanding ObamaCare's Taxes and Subsidies."

On November 29, 2011, CAC submitted written testimony for the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, “A Balanced Budget Amendment: The Perils of Constitutionalizing the Budget Debate.”

On September 7, 2011, CAC submitted written testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee explaining the Constitution's commitment to protecting voting rights.

On June 28, 2011, CAC submitted written testimony for the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing "Barriers to Justice and Accountability: How the Supreme Court's Recent Rulings Will Affect Corporate Behavior."
