The Appellate Section of the Louisville Bar Association and the American Constitution Society gathered for a review of the major cases of the United States Supreme Court’s most recent Term. Elizabeth Wydra, Chief Counsel of the Constitutional Accountability Center, discussed cases dealing with marriage equality, voting rights, affirmative action and more — as well as emerging trends in the Roberts Court. Michael Abate served as moderator for a question and answer session to follow.
