Senators Durbin and Casey Cite CAC In Their Response To Gorsuch Nomintion

In his opening statement before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee's first day of hearings on President Trump's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, Judge Neil Gorsuch, Senator Richard Durbin cited the work of Constitutional Accountability Center on the performance of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the Court under Chief Justice John Roberts.

In his speech on the Senate floor on April 4, 2017, Senator Robert Casey, Jr. cited Constitutional Accountability Center's work in tracking the performance of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the U.S. Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts, as part of Casey's argument against confirming President Trump's nominee to the Court, Judge Neil Gorsuch.
