TV (NewsChannel 8): Fighting Grover Norquist’s Pledge

Many GOP politicians have taken Grover Norquist’s pledge saying if they get elected into office, they promise not to raise taxes. Doug Kendall, from the Constitutional Accountability Center, explains why Democrats are strongly against the pledge and claim it won’t help a struggling economy in difficult times. There’s a new call to action asking public officials to uphold their constitutional oaths instead of Norquist’s pledge.
